We understand sometimes things just don't work out! To start the return process for your order, please fill out the info below:
How do I return an item?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Customers are required to pay any shipping charges to return an item.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
Mask are returnable as long as they are unworn (even to try them on), unwashed and in the original packaging.
Clearance items, grab bags, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable!
Am I able to exchange items?
We do not accept exchanges.
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item. Items sell quickly, so this is the easiest way to ensure you get the correct item.
How soon will I get my refund?
Returns are processed every Wednesday.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
*Any items received back for a return that violate these policies will not be issued a refund.
