You may return any item within 10 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn and unwashed. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return the item, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Before making any returns, please email us at email@example.com for further instructions.
Refunds - We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item once your return is received and inspected. We will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges - If you need to exchange your order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the exchange process if the desired item and size is in stock. If it is not in stock, the customer will then have the option to return the item or receive store credit.
Final Sale Items - Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
